The Parks Canada's mascot needs a name. Young Canadians are invited to participate in the "I need a name" contest by filling out the form on Parks Canada's Web site at http://www.parkscanada.gc.ca and in the June and September publications of Les Débrouillards and Owl magazines. The goal is to find a name that works equally well in both English and French for the beaver, Parks Canada's mascot. The contest is open to everyone residing in Canada. First prize is a one-week vacation for two adults and two children in a national park or national historic site, selected by the winner. Second prize consists of 13 computers with printers and third prize features 100 Parks Canada backpacks. The deadline for registration is midnight, September 15 (ET).
