NEW YORK, May 15, 2003 -- American Express today announced a nationwide two-month promotion that will give all Delta SkyMiles® Credit Cardmembers and all Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Cardmembers double miles for purchases made on their cards from May 15 through July 15, 2003(1). To take advantage of the special double miles promotion, cardmembers must enroll their Delta SkyMiles Credit Cards. Once enrolled, everywhere cardmembers use their cards to shop, they can earn miles that add up twice as fast.

Year round, Delta SkyMiles Credit Cardmembers and Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Cardmembers earn two SkyMiles® for every eligible dollar charged to the card for purchases at stand-alone supermarkets, gas stations, drugstores, home improvement and hardware stores, the U.S. Postal Service, wireless phone bills and Delta Air Lines through the card's unique Always Double Miles® feature(2). Cardmembers also earn one SkyMile for every eligible dollar charged for other purchases.
