ORLANDO, FL, August 06, 2004 -- At its annual convention on Monday, August 2, the National Business Travel Association honored American Express Business Travel's Pam Arway as Allied Member of the Year. "Ms. Arway is one of the biggest supporters of our industry and the value we provide," said Tom Milano, General Manager of Corporate Sales, South, for Delta Airlines and President of the NBTA Allied Leadership Council. "She meets regularly with federal and state legislators and helps influence the policy agenda and advance the cause of the travel profession."

She serves as a key company executive at industry forums, press events and roundtables sharing American Express perspectives, as well as working to drive industry partnerships. Her leadership and commitment to moving NBTA and IBTM forward are just a few of the reasons why she is being recognized with this award."
