Cardmembers Earn More Miles or Points on Purchases This Fall
NEW YORK, October 02, 2006 -- American Express today announced a nationwide promotion that will reward Delta SkyMiles and SkyPoints Credit Cardmembers with 25% more miles or points on virtually all eligible purchases made on the Card from October 1 through November 30, 2006.

To start earning 25% more miles or points for virtually all your purchases from October 1 through November 30th, 2006, Cardmembers must enroll their Delta SkyMiles(1) Credit Card at americanexpress.com/deltabonus or their Delta SkyPoints(2) Credit Card at americanexpress.com/skypointsbonus beginning on October 1, 2006. Cardmembers without Internet access can call 1-800-653-6051 to enroll their Delta SkyMiles Card or 1-800-615-0403 to enroll their SkyPoints Credit Card.
Year round, Delta SkyMiles Credit Cardmembers earn two miles and SkyPoints Credit Cardmembers earn two points for every eligible dollar charged to the Card for purchases at stand-alone supermarkets, gas stations, drugstores, the U.S. Postal Service, wireless phone bills and Delta Air Lines(3). During non-promotional periods, Cardmembers also earn one mile or one point for every eligible dollar charged for other purchases. The Delta SkyMiles and SkyPoints Credit Cards are accepted everywhere American Express® Cards are welcomed.
