For the first time Food & Wine, in partnership with parent company American Express, has produced 22 cooking demonstrations and eight interviews with top chefs that give viewers insider access to the country's leading epicurean festival. Starting this week the video podcasts of experts from this premiere wine and food event are available free of charge on the iTunes Store (www.itunes.com) and American Express' new podcasting channel at amexpodcasts.com.
The Food & Wine Classic podcasts will debut this week with Mario Batali demonstrating favorites from his New York City restaurant Del Posto. A new feature will be added each week.
“We are so excited to offer consumers an inside look at our incredible Food & Wine Magazine Classic in Aspen,” says Food & Wine Editor in Chief Dana Cowin. “Every year, master chefs share their secrets and favorite trends with the attendees, and for the first time, we will be able to bring these insights to everyone who missed the event.”
