AMERICAN EXPRESS PLANS LIVE AUDIO WEBCAST OF THE INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL FOLLOWING THIRD QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS
NEW YORK, September 25, 2008 -- American Express Company said today that it plans to host a live audio webcast of its investor conference call on Monday, October 20, 2008, at 5:00 pm (ET) to review third quarter 2008 financial results. The company's financial results are scheduled to be released shortly after the market closes on October 20.
