In an emergency, the Corporate Card can be replaced usually within one business day by contacting the American Express Travel Service Office nearest to you or calling our customer service centre.
Global Assist
If a Cardmember should run into a legal or medical emergency while travelling, just one call to our free Global Assist service can put them in touch with an English speaking doctor or lawyer. The service is available 24 hours a day virtually anywhere in the world whenever you travel more than 200km from your home, for up to 90 days.
Emergency Cheque Cashing
Using the Corporate Card as credential, Cardmembers can cash a personal cheque (max US$1,000 every 21 days) at over 1,700 travel locations worldwide. |
