Service Delivery Centre
Our Service Delivery Centre is staffed by highly skilled travel consultants trained in sophisticated call centre technology and reservation systems to deliver quality, personalised service at the lowest possible cost. Our travel consultants provide airline, hotel and car rental reservations in accordance with our customers' negotiated fares and rates, travel policies and individual traveller profiles.

 
On-Site Travel Office
  Farrington American Express Travel can also operate a customised travel office on-site at your company. On-site travel offices are staffed with experienced travel consultants who provide dedicated, personalised traveller assistance. Our consultants book air, hotel and car rental reservations in accordance with our customers' negotiated fares and rates, travel policies and individual traveller profiles.

In addition, our Service Delivery Centre network provides additional support, including temporary on-site staff, when required.

 
Emergency Travel Services
  Farrington American Express Travel after hours emergency Travel Centre provides 24-hour support worldwide. Travellers need only dial their designated travel centre. If the travel centre has closed for the day, calls are routed automatically to our after-hours emergency centres.

Our emergency travel consultants have access to company policies, profiles and reservation records so they can amend existing reservations, or book new ones in accordance with travel policy, preferred supplier programmes and traveller preferences.
