If you use the Business Gold Card to book and pay for travel you are automatically
entitled to the following:

• Travel Accident Insurance
— charge any scheduled transport ticket to The Business Gold Card and you can receive up
to £250,000 travel accident insurance at no extra cost.
• Travel Inconvenience Insurance - should your flight be cancelled
or delayed for six hours or more, you can use The Business Gold Card and spend up to £200 towards
hotel accommodation, restaurant meals and refreshments to ease the waiting. Plus if you arrive to
your destination but your luggage doesn't within six hours, you can use The Business Gold Card to
purchase up to £200 of essential toiletries and clothing; if your luggage still hasn't turned up
within 48 hours, you can spend a further £400 on such items.

The Business Gold Card gives you easy access to cash when travelling, with the following
services:

• Emergency Cheque Cashing
— if you need cash in an emergency, you can cash a personal cheque for up to £500 in
any seven-day period at any American Express Travel Service or Representative office in
the UK (21 days if you are abroad).

Express Cash Service — through the Express Cash service you can draw up to £200 every seven days from over 200,000 cash machines worldwide using your Business Gold Card and Personal Identification Number (PIN). To enrol in this service call Customer Services on 01273 576 123.
**Please note: There is a fee of 3% for each cash withdrawal, with a £3 minimum charge per transaction.
