When and how do I get paid?
Payment is made monthly, 2 months in arrears, into your bank account.
What are the remuneration rates?
Our generous remuneration rates are available to view on the TradeDoubler website. All this information is available when you register to become an American Express Affiliate Partner.
How do I qualify?
Before you register it’s important that you review the Key Requirements for becoming an American Express Affiliate Partner.
Some applications may be permanently rejected, while others may simply be put temporarily on-hold while any issues are resolved.
Is it free to join?
Yes it is free to join, all you need to do is Register to become an American Express Affiliate Partner.
How do I register?
It’s free to register as an Affiliate Partner, complete the easy steps on the Registration page.
How is an “Approved Customer” defined?
An approved customer is defined as a valid, completed and approved Card application submitted by a prospect.
Where can I check my statistics and commission?
Simply log into www.tradedoubler.com and run a 'Overview' report for the period of time you are interested in. The 'Overview' report can be found on the left hand menu.
Can I participate from outside the UK?
Yes, as long as your audience is UK based. American Express products are available around the world, but only UK residents can apply for the Blue Card promoted by American Express UK Affiliate Partners.
What technical support does the network provider TradeDoubler provide?
Our network provider, TradeDoubler can assist with a number of technical issues, from checking your links are set up correctly to any questions about individual tracking events. Visit the FAQ page on the TradeDoubler site to find answers to many questions you may have about the Affiliate Programme. Please note, they cannot assist with web site design issues or other technical issues not directly associated with the Programme in question.
