How do I set up my Direct Debit? Simply download and complete the Direct Debit Instruction and return it to us at the address indicated on the form. Before returning your Instruction, please ensure that all parties needed to authorise debits from your Bank have signed it. Also make sure you've provided us with the same Bank account details for where you currently receive your American Express payments.
