Reconciling your payments on-line is available to you free of charge as part of the American Express Online Merchant Services Web site.
Technology
To reconcile payments on-line using advanced security technology your computer's Web browser must be equipped with 128-bit encryption capability. The following browsers have this capability:
- Netscape Navigator 4.0 and above
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and above
- AOL 4.0 and above
American Express will send you a payment advice, listing a summary of Charges paid to you.
All payments are made to you net of our discount rate.
Reports are sorted by Merchant number. If you receive payment centrally, they can be sorted by location.
